Shipping & Returns
FrecklesandFlint.com offers standard shipping with an estimated delivery of 2-5 business days at no charge to the customer. We ship USPS Priority Mail and/or FedEx One Rate.
Orders received after 4:00 PM CST Friday and orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays will be shipped on Monday. All ordered placed before 12:00 PM CST will be shipped the same or next day.
Once a package leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. The carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order’s arrival or lost package. Please allow 15 business days for packages to be delivered before the post office considers it a lost package. After 15 business days from the shipment date, send an e-mail to Customer Service at email@example.com.
Please note that we cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped, but you can return your order after you receive it and getting a Return Authorization Number.
International shipping not available.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise you must contact us within 3 days of receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order please contact our customer service department at email@example.com
Before returning any merchandise you must request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from Freckles & Flint. To request your Return Authorization Number, please e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only unworn/unaltered merchandise may be returned for a full refund with 14 days from the day you received your package.
Send your package back to us via the most economical shipping method of your choice. Please note your tracking number from your label.
You are responsible for the shipping and handling for returned items. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you want to return some merchandise, please follow the steps below to insure that your request is processed as quickly as possible.
Please follow this simple 3-step process:
1) Submit your claim to Customer Service at email@example.com.
2) Once your claim has been verified you will receive an email with your Return Authorization Number and Return Shipping Address.
3) Print our Return Authorization Form. Then follow the instructions on the form.
NOTE: Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
